PITCHTAX.LOL
Slap a tax
on cold outbound.
Cold pitches pay. Founders keep their inbox.
Connect Gmail. We catch the SDR spray. They pay $5 to stay in the thread or $100 for fifteen minutes. You keep about 90%. Silence after a day gets labeled — not dumped in spam.
1 person waiting · Stored locally for launch mail. No drip. No “sequence.”

They write. You invoice. They book — or bounce.

Subject Quick question about your launch
Hi Alex,
Reaching out because I noticed you just shipped. We help founders like you build pipeline — would love 15 minutes this week. Any interest?

HOW IT WORKS
Three hits. Then silence.
01
Connect Gmail
OAuth the mailbox. We read new mail. Known contacts, lists, and threads you already joined never reach the booth.
02
Set the tax
$5 to keep access. $100 for a 15-minute call — paste your booking URL. Edit the reply until it sounds like you.
03
Autopilot
Review the first batch. Flip autopilot. New high-confidence cold mail gets the toll. Unpaid after 24h is labeled, not spam-marked.
PRICING
Free. We take 10% of tolls collected.
No SaaS fee. No seat license. No “pro plan.”
THE PRODUCT
$0
to run Pitch Tax on your inbox
- — Gmail connect, classify, preview, send
- — $5 keep-access + $100 call (or your own amounts)
- — Stripe Express payouts to you
- — 24-hour unpaid block (label / filter)
THE TAKE RATE
10%
of each toll. A $5 keep-access is $0.50 to the platform, $4.50 to you. A $100 call is $10 / $90. Stripe processing sits on top, as usual.
Configurable. Default is ten.
WHY WE BUILT THIS
Because cold email ate the mornings.
Forty “quick questions” a week from people who had never used the product. Filters hid the problem. A toll booth prices it. Cold pitches can pay $5, book fifteen minutes, or get labeled after a day. I wanted my inbox back — and I was tired of training Gmail to pretend sales mail is a virus.
Pitch Tax is the slap. Draftboard is the other thing we’re building — a longer bet on how intros should work. Different product. Different page.
FAQ
The objections, priced in.
Is this mean?+
Cold email already taxes your attention. We itemize it. Friends, known contacts, and anyone you’ve already written back never see a bill. That’s the whole product.
Will I get banned by Gmail?+
We send a normal reply from your mailbox and apply a label/filter if they stay silent. We do not spam-report ordinary cold outreach. Marking SDR mail as spam is how inboxes get weird. Pitch Tax is the opposite of that.
Do name brands get a free pass?+
Only if you want. “Skip name-brand vendors” is off by default. Turn it on, or allowlist any domain — your lawyer, your investor, your college roommate’s startup.
How does the 15-min call work?+
You set a booking URL (Cal.com, SavvyCal, whatever). They pay $100. Stripe sends them there. You keep about $90. No call? They can pay $5 to stay in the inbox and not get filtered.
Why .lol?+
Charging a stranger $5 to stay in your inbox is funny. The money is not. pitchtax.lol is the real site. pitchtax.com exists and will redirect later — we kept the joke in the hostname on purpose.
Put a booth on the inbox.
Early access lives at pitchtax.lol. The .lol is the personality. The $5 is the product.
