Privacy Policy

What we collect
If you join the waitlist, we store the email you submit and a coarse source tag (for example, “landing”). If you create an account, we store your name, email, authentication tokens, mailbox connection metadata, Stripe connected-account identifiers, offer and template settings, and the message metadata needed to classify cold outbound and send a toll reply.
How we use it
We use this information to run Pitch Tax: detect likely cold outreach, draft and send your configured reply, collect payments through Stripe Connect, and apply a label/filter after an unpaid window. We do not sell your inbox. We do not use your mail to train a public model.
Processors
Depending on configuration, mail may be read through Nylas, payments through Stripe, classification through Google Gemini, and hosting through Vercel. Those providers process data under their own terms. Local and preview deploys may run entirely in mock mode with no live keys.
Retention
Waitlist emails are kept until launch communication is finished or you ask us to delete them. Account and mailbox data is kept while the account is active. You can request deletion at zach@draftboard.com.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal data we hold. If you are in a jurisdiction with additional privacy rights, email us and we will honor the applicable request.
